Recurring Rental
- $75-$125 minimum, with 4 or more rental dates booked
- Can book new hours 6 weeks in advance

- $175 minimum
- We will provide seating and all kitchen equipment for your class/event.
- Use of china, glasses, silverware is included.
- You must bring your own ingredients, paper supplies such as plates, napkins, etc.
- Cleaning fee may apply ($125)
- Non-Refundable Deposit Due at Booking, Full payment due prior to use
- Exclusive use of Kitchen, Classroom, Dining Room, or Backyard (upon request)
- Use of TV
- Free Wifi, Coffee & Tea available

Larger Party Rental
- $200 minimum
- Great for family gatherings, corporate events, graduation parties and more.
- Use of china, glasses, silverware is included.

Vendor Rental
Kitchen House is open to allow other vendors/businesses to come in and run their own class or event. We host painting, craft, decorating, and more workshops.
We can handle the registration for you.

- Seats: Standing and mingling
Craft/Misc. Room
- Four 6-foot foldable tables, 1 round foldable table, 7 chairs, 4 stools
- (Can move chairs around from other rooms or provide more)

- Picnic Table, Round Table w/ 4 chairs, Other outdoor seating areas
- Extras: Shaded, lots of area to spread out, play games
