Make your own yogurt cup! (Just tell your kids to bring home container & re-use) Not only can it save you money and waste, but you get to CHOOSE the ingredients. Choose a low fat or no fat plain yogurt (no added sugars, vanilla, or other flavors).
Mix in’s: vanilla for flavor, honey, agave syrup and/or all fruit jams/preserves..for a bit of sweetness, and add mashed bananas, chopped strawberries, blueberries, and/or a small scoop of granola on top if you wish.
