Yogurt Parfaits are a common ‘thing’ in our kitchen.  My kids eat them for afterschool snacks and I include a version of parfaits in their lunchboxes. We also make them in our cooking classes often.  Its a great way to get whole grains (KIND’s clusters include 5 Super Grains), protein and calcium from the yogurt, and fresh colorful fruit in your diet!

KIND’s clusters are gluten free, GMO free, and packed with whole ingredients that you can pronounce, not to mention 5 different whole grains.

Well, lets take your typical parfait ingredients and freeze it into a popsicle!  HOT temperatures are upon us and this a great sweet frozen snack for when we need to cool-off.

Layer your ingredients just like you would do for a parfait in a cup.  We put a sprinkle of granola in first, and then layer yogurt and fresh cut fruit.  We made one with raspberries, and others with kiwi, mango, and strawberry.  You can sweeten your plain yogurt with a drizzle of honey in your pops too.  Add another spoonful of granola if you wish to top it all off and freeze your pops for at least 4-6 hours.
