This recipe for Pumpkin Muffins with a Crumble Topping uses an entire can of pumpkin, no waste!  My kids have been eating this for snack and breakfast and keep wanting more.

Next time, I’ll try subbing the sugar for maple syrup and maybe using all whole wheat flour, but for our now…they work!
