Valentine’s Day is a time to share your love to your friends and family. A simple note on a Valentine’s Card is super sweet, and my favorite kind of gift. But this year, we got a little more creative.
My son’s Valentines (aka Chef Kyle) to his friends and classmates…Kyle loves to collect the peacock feathers he finds on the ground; dropped from our peacocks roaming around in the yard. So, we have an ample supply of feathers an have displayed them in a vase/jar for awhile now. He had the idea to make them into pens and give Peacock Feather Pens to his classmates. This is how the project turned out:
For a Valentines featuring an Edible Treat, try this quick and easy idea;
Crunch Pak has just released their character faced fruit pouches. You may be familiar with Crunch Pak with their pre-packaged sets of fruit, cheese, and/or fresh veggies. We pick these up at Target when my kids might need snack while shopping around. Well, now they have Pure Fruit Purees called Blendz (available at Target); and they have your child’s favorite character pictured too. They sent us a .pdf to print our own Valentines to add to these pouches. It was easy to do, because the child can cut out the Valentine and stick it on themselves. Download the Crunch Pak valentines here.

For my daughter’s Valentines to her friends and classmates –
We found a free printable paper gum wrapper on Pinterest to attach to those tiny gum packs. Better than candy, but still a sweet treat. This is great allergy free option too.
*Disclaimer: I was compensated by Crunch Pak with free product; the opinions are all my own.
