This week in the Kids Kitchen, we made Personal Size Veggie Pizzas!  This is a super quick and nutritious snack or meal.

We were busy the entire time during this class. Chopping veggies, shredding cheese and assembling these personal pizzas.

Kids were encouraged to put at least each kind of veggie on their pizza. Some loaded up with just mushrooms, others with just the peppers.  But, all of them cut up their veggies, shredded their own cheese, spread their pizza sauce, and assembled them for the toaster oven!
